Marv Munyon
Marv Munyon— “I have spent the better part of the last thirty two years defending family values. It is time for all of us to speak up for our families. Marv has been a resident of Watertown, WI for 36 years, and has been married for forty-eight years to wife Sandra. They have two sons. The oldest is a graduate of Maranatha Baptist Bible College and Ball State University.
 
He is married, with one son, and is on staff at Maranatha Baptist Bible College in Watertown, WI. The youngest son is a graduate of Bob Jones University and Marian College. Married, with two sons, he is employed at CL&D Graphics in Oconomowoc. Marv has been active in monitoring legislation at the state and national level dealing with Christian Schools, private education, religious freedom, plus moral and traditional family value issues. He was active in authoring and the passage of Wisconsin Act 512 which was signed into law in May, 1984. This legislation defined a private school and legalized home-based private educational programs. In April, 1986, Marv founded The Christian Research Institute of Wisconsin (CRI), the name of which was changed to The Family Research Institute of Wisconsin (FRI) 1/1/94. FRI's mission was to inform, educate and involve the general public and policymakers in the development of public policy that strengthens the stability of marriage and family. FRI was a 501-c-3 (h) tax exempt, educational, informational research institute looking at public policy from a Judeo-Christian, pro-family perspective. Marv resigned from FRI in May 2000 to found and head up WI Capitol Watch. WI Capitol Watch is a non-profit organization analyzing political and social issues and promoting public policy that protects the traditional family. WI Capitol Watch is a 501-c-4 organization, which enables a stronger stand for pro-family traditional values and public policy initiatives. Marv is presently serving as President and Director of WI Capitol Watch.
 
 
Maxwell family
 
Steve and Teri Maxwell-  Beginning their homeschooling adventure in 1985, Steve and Teri Maxwell are the parents of eight, ages thirteen to thirty-three. Their five homeschool graduate children are now wage-earnng adults while the other three remain active homeschool students. Steve and Teri have authored a number of books, including: Managers of their Homes; Managers of their Chores; Managers of their Schools; Keeping our Children's Hearts; Homeschooling with a Meek and Quiet Spirit; Preparing Sons to Provide for a Single-Income Family; Redeeming the Time; and Just Around the Corner (Vols. 1 & 2). Steve and Teri led their local homeschool support group for over 10 years. In addition, Steve was president of the Kansas state homeschool association for two years. For twenty years, the Maxwells have been writing free monthly e-mail articles for Christian parents that can be subscribed to at their booth or at www.Titus2.com.
Sarah Maxwell- Sarah is 28 years old and graduated from the Maxwell's homeschool in 2000. She enjoys working at home managing the family's Titus 2 ministry. Sarah hs written five children's books: Summer Days with the Moodys; Autumn with the Moodys; Winter with the Moodys; Spring with the Moodys; and Summer with the Moodys. Sarah also delights in helping her family.
Christopher Maxwell- Christopher is 31 years old and was homeschooled from 2nd grade through high school. During his teen years, he started and ran a successful lawn mowing business. He now works full time with the family consulting business: Communication Concepts. Most of his work involves financial consulting with companies, designing web sites and photography (www.ChristopherMaxwell.com). Christopher is the webmaster for several commercial web sites.
Anna and Mary Maxwell- Anna (17) and Mary (13), both homeschooled through all their educational years, share with the girls in the conferences in which their parents are speaking. They are still active homeschool students, in addition to being an integral part of the Titus 2 ministry and serving continually in the home.
 
Joseph, John and Jesse Maxwell- Joseph (21), John (19) and Jesse (15), all homeschooled through their educational years, share with the boys in the conferences in which their parents are speaking. They have been raised with their Dad's biblical philosophy of raising sons who are prepared for life. From that experience, they encourage the young men with whom they come in contact.
